A casual industry gathering built to help local event professionals connect, collaborate, and grow

The Antelope Valley Wedding, Party and Event Professionals Meet and Greet is a gathering created for the people who make events happen.

A relaxed, daytime meet and greet where local event professionals can come together, set up a small display, show what they do, meet others in the industry, and begin building the kind of real relationships that lead to future referrals, partnerships, and shared work.

An opportunity to strengthening your business by connecting directly with other event professionals in the Antelope Valley. Designed to help you form real referral partnerships, discover collaboration opportunities, and grow your network in a way that benefits everyone involved.

If you work in weddings, parties, private events, celebrations, or event support services in the Antelope Valley area, this event was created with you in mind.

Those of us working out here in the Antelope Valley often operate in a very enclosed local ecosystem. Many of us are doing good work, but we do not always know each other well enough to refer each other, collaborate, or build stronger networks.

The goal is simple. Bring local event professionals together in one welcoming space so they can meet face to face, see what each other offers, and start building stronger business relationships within the local event community.

The more we know each other, the better we can promote each other.
The better we promote each other, the stronger the local event ecosystem becomes.

This gathering is for professionals and businesses connected to weddings, parties, celebrations, and events of all kinds. That includes people such as photographers, videographers, planners, coordinators, venues, caterers, bakers, DJs, florists, decorators, rental companies, dress and formalwear providers, photo booth companies, hair and makeup artists, invitation designers, officiants, entertainment providers, and others whose services help create successful events.

If your work helps people host meaningful events, you belong in the room.

As a participating exhibitor, you will have the chance to meet other local professionals who may become future referral partners, collaborators, creative allies, or trusted resources. You will be able to show people who you are, what you do, and how your business fits into the larger event world of the Antelope Valley.

For many event professionals, some of the best future business does not come from a stranger walking in off the street. It comes from a planner, venue, caterer, photographer, rental company, or fellow provider who knows your work, trusts your style, and feels comfortable recommending you.

Each participating vendor or exhibitor will have a table or small area to set up a simple display that shows who they are and what they offer. From there, the day is about talking, meeting, learning, and building relationships naturally.

Every participating exhibitor will be given a table or designated space for a display.

You are encouraged to create a clean, welcoming setup that helps others understand your business. That might include samples, albums, signage, printed materials, small tabletop displays, visuals, menus, service sheets, or anything else that helps introduce what you do.

The focus is not on creating a trade show booth. The focus is on being present, visible, and approachable.

A limited number of public guests may attend, but this is not a public open house. This is primarily an industry focused event for providers to meet each other.

Each participating exhibitor will receive a small number of invitations that they may share with select guests. Public attendance is by invitation only through participating vendors.

That means the heart of the event remains professional connection and industry relationship building, while still allowing exhibitors to bring a few invited guests into the experience if they choose.

Participating vendors and exhibitors will be asked for a small table donation of $50. or $75 for a 10×10 foot popup tent area. This donation helps cover food, beverages, insurance requirements, and the basic event costs needed to host the day.

The goal is not to create a high barrier to entry. The goal is to create an affordable opportunity for local professionals to come together in a meaningful way.

Bring a simple table display or materials that help people understand your services. Bring business cards, brochures, sample work, or visuals that make sense for your field. Bring the version of your business that helps people remember you. Most of all, bring a willingness to meet others, have conversations, and become part of a stronger local network.

If you are a wedding, party, or event professional in the Antelope Valley area and want to be part of a more connected and collaborative local industry, we would love to have you join us.
